Digital Flow Panamá is operated by Apertii, S. de R.L. («Digital Flow», «we», «us», «our»). We build web presentations for businesses in Panama. This policy explains what we do with your information when you use digitalflowpma.com.

We follow Panama’s Personal Data Protection Law 81 of 26 March 2019 («Law 81»).

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the form on our website:

• Your name
• Your business or property name
• Your Instagram or social media link, if you give one
• Whether you already have a website
• Which service you are interested in
• Your email address
• Whatever you write in the message field

That is all. We want to be specific about what we do not do, because many privacy policies list things that do not apply:

• There are no user accounts, logins or passwords on this site.
• There is no comment section.
• You cannot upload files or images to us through the website.
• We do not run advertising pixels or analytics on this site.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Why we collect it

To answer you and to prepare a proposal for the service you asked about. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing you did not ask for.

Under Law 81, our basis for processing is your consent: you choose to fill in the form and send it.

What happens when you send the form

Two things happen:

1. The details you typed are emailed to us at info@digitalflowpma.com.
2. WhatsApp opens on your device with the same details already written as a message. Nothing is sent on WhatsApp unless you press send yourself. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we still have the email.

Who else handles your information

We keep the list short on purpose, and these are the only ones:

• Hostinger hosts our website and its email. Like every web host, their servers record standard technical information about visits, such as IP addresses, in their server logs. That happens at the hosting level and we do not use those logs to track or profile anyone. Their privacy policy: hostinger.com/privacy-policy
• WordPress is the software the site runs on, installed on Hostinger’s servers.
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles the conversation if you choose to send the message. From that point the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and WhatsApp conversations for as long as we are talking with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it, unless we are legally required to keep something.

Your rights under Law 81

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct it if it is wrong,
• delete it,
• stop using it,
• give you a copy in a portable format.

Write to info@digitalflowpma.com and we will respond. There is no charge for this.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions arrive as email in an account only we access. We are honest about the limits here: email is not an encrypted channel end to end, so please do not send us identity numbers, bank details or anything similarly sensitive through the form. We never ask for them, and we do not need them to prepare a proposal.

Underage visitors

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from underage visitors. If you believe someone underage has sent us their information through the form, write to info@digitalflowpma.com and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If we ever start using analytics or advertising tools, we will say so here and ask for your consent before loading them.
